Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-peroxidase, anti-sheep serum, rabbit IgG and rabbit serum.

Usage
Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Rabbit IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Gentamicin. Do NOT add Sodium Azide
Reconstitution
Reconstitute in 1 mL of deionized water.
Storage
Store lyophilized at 4°C. Once reconstituted, aliquot and store at 20°C. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles, store undiluted. Expiration date is 1 year from date of restoration.
