Clone CC320 has been shown to neutralize the activity of bovine IL-10 as measured by the inhibition of the inhibitory activity of IL-10 on IFN gamma synthesis (Buza et al. 2004).

Applications:
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Functional Assays. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 5-10ug/ml
Flow Cytometry: membrane permeabilization is required for this application
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Hybridoma:
Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
