Flow Cytometry: Neat Use 10ul to label 10e6 cells in 100ul.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Recommended Negative Control:
I1904-84B2 IgG2a NEGATIVE CONTROL, Murine (PE)

Hybridoma:
NS1 myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice.

Storage and Stability:
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at 4°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. DO NOT FREEZE! For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
