BSA (3%) Blocking Buffer 1X in PBS with Sodium Azide

3% BSA in PBS (137mM Sodium Chloride, 2.7mM Potassium Chloride, 1mM Sodium Phosphate, 1.5 Potassium Phosphate) 3% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, pH 7.4 ± 0.1. Prepared in DI water and filtered through 1.2 µm filter. Store at 2-8C for short term and -20 C for long term.
