    Application Examples
    application example

Chromatin Immunoprecipitation using anti-H3T6pK9me2 antibodies. Chromatin from one million formaldehyde cross-linked Hela cells was used with 2 μg of H3T6pK9me2 antibody to IP DNA from fixed Hela cells alongside a no antibody (No Ab) control. DNA was measured by qPCR and normalized to total input.
    Additional Information
Additional information: This antibody preparation is provided in 20 mM Potassium Phosphate pH 7,2, 150 mM NaCl, 0,01% sodium azide and 30% glycerol
    Background
Background: H3K9me2 is a histone post-translational modification that is enriched in transcriptionally inactive regions. It is also important in cellular differentiation and maturation. Phosphorylation of histone H3 is also associated with mitosis and meiosis, and seems to be related to developmental changes.
