Quimigen Sponsors and Attends the UK DNA Replication Meeting 2026

Quimigen is proud to sponsor and attend the third UK DNA Replication Meeting, bringing together researchers working on DNA replication, genome maintenance and the molecular mechanisms that preserve genome integrity.

Event Snapshot

Dates 1–3 September 2026
Venue Monica Partridge Building
Location University of Nottingham, United Kingdom
About the meeting

Advancing research in DNA replication and genome maintenance

Research in DNA replication is progressing rapidly. Innovations in biochemical reconstitution, structural biology, proteomics and DNA sequencing are expanding our understanding of the fundamental mechanisms of replication and their connections with critical genome-maintenance pathways.

Building on the 2022 and 2024 editions, the third UK DNA Replication Meeting will provide a focused platform for scientific exchange, collaboration and the presentation of emerging research.

Meet Quimigen at the conference

Official sponsor

Quimigen is an official sponsor of the UK DNA Replication Meeting 2026 and will also be present throughout the event. Our team looks forward to meeting researchers, discussing laboratory requirements and presenting solutions supporting molecular biology, cell biology and genome research.

Scientific programme

Key Scientific Topics

The programme will address major questions across DNA replication and genome stability, from replisome assembly to replication stress and mitotic DNA synthesis.

01

Replication Initiation

Replisome assembly and the molecular mechanisms controlling the initiation of DNA replication.

02

Genome Organisation

The relationship between DNA replication, chromatin and genome organisation.

03

Replication Fork Progression

Replication dynamics and the molecular factors supporting efficient fork progression.

04

Chromatin Replication

Mechanisms coordinating DNA synthesis with chromatin duplication and organisation.

05

Replication Stress

Cellular responses to DNA replication stress and their impact on genome stability.

06

Telomeres and Termination

Telomere replication, replication termination and mitotic DNA synthesis.

Meeting experience

Programme Highlights

The meeting combines invited presentations with opportunities for researchers, particularly those in the early stages of their careers, to share their work and engage with specialists in the field.

  • Presentations from invited international speakers
  • Oral communications selected from submitted abstracts
  • Short scientific talks from early-career researchers
  • Vibrant and interactive poster sessions
