Preparation:
Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates, immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen after excision, and then stored at -70°C.

Quality Control:
1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining. The pattern is consistent with each lot.
2. The isolated protein is Western analyzed by either GAPDH or beta-actin antibody, and the expression level is consistent with each lot.

Storage and Stability:
For extended storage, keep frozen at -80°C in working aliquots. For continuous use, stored at 2-8°C. Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended.
