Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Biotin, anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgM and Mouse Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin or anti-Goat IgG F(c).

Usage
Suitable for Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunomicroscopy. ELISA: 1:20000 to 1:400000, 30 minutes at RT. Western Blot: 1:2000-1:10000. Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:5000. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
