ELISA COATING BUFFER Accessory Reagent (OOSA09544)
This product is a specialist coating buffer for use in Direct and Indirect (sandwich) ELISA assay development. This product is designed to stabilise the coating protein and maximise the adsorption of the protein to polystyrene plates. By stabilizing the adsorbed protein the antigenic regions are preserved allowing greater binding reactivity and enhanced specific signal.

| Additional Information | Instructions for Use: 1) Dilute the required volume of OOSA09544 1:5 with deionized water and mix for 5-15 minutes to prepare the working solutions. 2) Add antibody or antigen to the working solution and mix for 5-15 minutes. 3) Coat plate (suggested volume 100-200 uL per well) and incubate at room temperature for 6-24 hours, protected from light and covered to avoid evaporation. |
