-20°CCD268 is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor family, which is expressed by B cells. CD268 plays a role in BAFF induced B cell development and survival, and is thought to be involved in B cell autoimmune diseases
Applications:
Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:
Western Blot: 2-5ug/ml. Detects a band of ~20kD in human, mouse and rat spleen lysates.
Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): Requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Recommended Secondary Antibodies:
I1903-30T: IgG, H&L, X-adsorbed (Biotin) Pab Sh xRb
I1903-30H: IgG, H&L, X-adsorbed (FITC) Pab Sh xRb
I1903-30J: IgG, H&L, X-adsorbed (FITC) Pab Sh xRb
I1903-30U: IgG, H&L, X-adsorbed (HRP) Pab Sh xRb
Storage and Stability:
Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks. For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Note: Applications are based on unconjugated antibody.
