Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase (calf intestine) and anti-Rabbit Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross-reactivity against other mouse heavy or light chain isotypes.

Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA and. Immunohistochemistry: Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:4000-1:16000. 1 ug in a standard capture ELISA. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

TBS, 1 mM magnesium chloride, 0.1 mM zinc chloride, pH 8.0, 10 mg/ml BSA (IgG, protease free), 0.01% sodium azide, 50% glycerol.
