Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Goat Serum, Rat IgG and Rat Serum. No reactivity was observed against human serum proteins. Specificity was confirmed using ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against Human IgG.

Usage
Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
