Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-Goat Serum. This reagent is suitable for the detection of all Rat immunoglobulin isotypes and chain combinations.

Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-anti body based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Lyophilized from 10 mg/mL BSA (Protease and Ig free), 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Thimerosal

Reconstitute in 1 mL of deionized water.

Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration. Restore with 1. 0 mL of deionized water (or equivalent). For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below.
