Specificity
Recognizes mouse IgG. The reagent has been adsorbed to minimize cross-reactivity with rat immunoglobulins and is therefore of particular value in detecting mouse primary antibodies bound to rat tissues. Goat IgG shows minimal binding to Fc receptors on rat tissue. We recommend diluting this product in buffer containing 10% normal rat serum to remove any residual cross-reactivity.

- Flow Cytometry (1:50 - 1:200)
Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 50 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Storage
Store at 4°C or at -20°C. Store undiluted. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Protect from light. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
