Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgG and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against Human IgA or Human IgM. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA minimal cross reactivity against other Human heavy or light chain isotypes.

Usage
Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
