Anti-Human IgA alpha heavy chain was produced by repeated immunization with Human IgA alpha heavy chain in goat.
Specificity
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgA and Human Serum. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA minimal cross reactivity against other Human heavy or light chain isotypes.

Usage
Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
