Biological Activity

Nitrotetrazolium Blue chloride (NBT) is a substrate for dehydrogenases, used with the alkaline phosphatase substrate 5-Bromo-4-Chloro-3-Indolyl Phosphate (BCIP) in western blotting and immunohistological staining procedures.
