| Detection Principle | Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) catalyzes the conversion of lactate to pyruvate, which reduces NAD+ to NADH. In this process, PMS acts as a hydrogen carrier, facilitating the reduction of NBT to a purple product. Measure the OD value at 530 nm, and the concentration of lactic acid can be calculated. |
