Integrin alpha 4 antibody [R1-2] (PerCP-Cy5.5)
Cat. No. GTX01513-11
Cat. No. GTX01513-11
Summary
The R1-2 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse CD49d, a 150kD glycoprotein member of the integrin αfamily. CD49d is also known as integrin αalpha4 (ITGA4). Together with integrin αbeta1 (CD29), CD49d forms the VLA-4 heterodimer that serves as a receptor for fibronectin and VCAM-1. VLA-4 is widely expressed on lymphocytes, monocytes, thymocytes, and NK cells. CD49d can dimerize with integrin αbeta7 to form a receptor that binds the mucosal vascular addressin molecule, MAdCAM-1.
