IL1 beta antibody detects IL1 beta protein at microglia by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded rat cerebellum.
Green: IL1 beta stained by IL1 beta antibody (GTX74034) diluted at 1:250.
Red: NF-H, a neuron marker, stained by NF-H antibody [GT114] (GTX634289) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Fluoroshield with DAPI (GTX30920).
Antigen Retrieval: Citrate buffer, pH 6.0, 15 min

Untreated (–) and treated (+) Raw264.7 whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 12% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with IL1 beta antibody (GTX74034) diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody (GTX213110-01) was used to detect the primary antibody.
