In addition, Docetaxel-loaded PLGA/Poloxamer 188 nanoparticles significantly increased drug uptake levels and cytotoxicity in Docetaxel-resistant MCF-7 TAX30 human breast cancer cells compared to Docetaxel-loaded PLGA nanoparticles.
