Aged Mouse CornealEpithelial Cells are isolated from corneatissue of pathogen-free laboratory mice of 58-78 weeks.Aged Mouse Corneal Epithelial Cells are grown in a T25 tissue culture flask pre-coated with gelatin-based coating solution for 2 min and incubated in Glow Biologics. Mouse Corneal Epithelial Cells can be used for the assay of cell-cell interaction, adhesion, WB, PCR, immunofluorescent flow cytometry, IP, or generating cell derivatives.
