| KIT SUMMARY The JNK1 phospho-regulation kit may be used to examine the pattern of phosphorylation of JNK1 at the dual site (Thr-183/Tyr-185) relative to the total JNK1 pattern. The kit includes monoclonal antibodies to JNK1 (C-terminal region) and JNK1 (Thr-183/Tyr-185), as well as Goat anti-mouse secondary reagents conjugated to DyLight® 488 or DyLight® 594 for detection using green (493Ex/518Em) or red (593Ex/618Em) filter sets. |
Immunocytochemical labeling of JNK in control (left) or calyculin A-treated A431 cells (right). The cells were labeled with mouse monoclonal JNK (C-terminal region) (top) or mouse monoclonal JNK (Thr-183/Tyr-185) (bottom). The antibodies were detected using goat anti-mouse DyLight® 594 and DyLight® 488, respectively.
