Splenocytes from a C57BL/6 SCID mouse were double-stained with Itga2 monoclonal antibody, clone DX5 (FITC) (Cat # MAB5780) and Itga2 monoclonal antibody, clone DX5 (PE) (Cat # MAB5782). Lymphocytes were gated using light scatter criteria and analyzed on a FACScan™ flow cytometer (BDIS, San Jose, CA).
