Analyzing the phosphorylation profiles of kinases and their protein substrates is essential for understanding how cells recognize and respond to changes in their environment. The Proteome Profiler Phospho-Kinase Array Kit, BioAssay™ (Human) is a rapid, sensitive, and economical tool to simultaneously detect the relative levels of phosphorylation of 37 kinase phosphorylation sites and 2 related total proteins without performing numerous immunoprecipitations and Western blots. Each capture antibody was carefully selected using cell lysates prepared from cell lines known to express the target protein.

Storage and Stability:
Store all components at 4°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
