Specific for mouse IgG2a heavy chain. Recognizes an allotypic determinant upon mouse IgG2a. It recognizes the IgH Ia allotype (as expressed in Balb/c mice), but not the IgH Ib allotype (as expressed in C57/BL mice).

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: 5 ug/ml. Use 10 ul to label 1E6 cells in 100ul. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
