Specificity
Cocktail is a mixture of clones MARK-1 and MARL-15 recognizing rat kappa and lambda light chains respectively. The cocktail does not recognize immunoglobulin heavy chsims.

Usage
ELISA: Suitable for use as a detection antibody in sandwich ELISA. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
