HigherPurity™ Plant DNA Purification Kit

HigherPurity™ Plant DNA Purification Kit provides a fast, efficient, and convenient method for isolating high-quality total DNA from a wide variety of plant tissues, including leaves, roots, and seeds.
Using optimized silica membrane technology and chaotropic salts, the kit ensures the removal of polysaccharides, polyphenols, and other inhibitors — producing pure DNA in under 1 hour, ready for PCR, Southern blotting, or RFLP.

HigherPurity™ Plant DNA Purification Kit offers a highly efficient, convenient, and rapid method for purifying total genomic DNA from diverse plant tissues.
The system uses HigherPurity™ silica-binding technology, where DNA selectively binds to a silica membrane in the presence of high concentrations of chaotropic salts, such as guanidinium thiocyanate.

This approach effectively removes common plant-derived contaminants, including polysaccharides, polyphenols, and secondary metabolites, that can inhibit enzymatic reactions.
The purified DNA is of high quality and suitable for all molecular biology applications, including PCR, RFLP, and blotting techniques.
