This antibody recognizes the human epsilon heavy chain in IgE for applications in ELISA and Western blot as primary antibody. This antibody reacts with human IgE purified from blood but does not react with mouse-human chimeric anti-NP IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, IgG4, IgM and IgA.
