Subculture:
Cultures can be maintained by addition or replacement of fresh medium. Establish new cultures at 1 x 10^5 cells/mL and maintain at 2 x 10^5 cells/mL. Allow the flask to sit at room temperature (or at 37°C). Culture at 5% CO2, 37°C. Renew medium once every 2 to 3 days depending on cell density.
