Specificity
Recognizes rat IgG. The reagent has been adsorbed to minimize cross-reactivity with mouse immunoglobulins and is therefore of particular value in detecting rat primary antibodies bound to mouse tissues. We recommend diluting this product in buffer containing 10% normal mouse serum to remove any remaining cross-reactivity.

- Flow Cytometry (1:5 - 1:10)
Usage
Flow Cytometry: Use 50 ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 ul. Method sheets are available on request.
