Usage
Immunoblotting: use at a dilution of 1:2,000-1:20,000. Immunohistochemistry: use at a dilution of 1:200-1:2,000. Immunocytochemistry: use at a dilution of 1:200-1:2,000. ELISA: use at a dilution of 1:10,000-1:100,000. These are recommended dilutions. Endusers should determine optimal dilutions for their applications. Prepare working dilutions immediately before use.
