Lotus Tetragonolobus Lectin (Biotinylated)

Lotus Tetragonolobus Lectin (LTL) (Biotinylated) is a biotinylated derivative of Lotus Tetragonolobus Lectin (HY-NP070), with both sugar-binding specificity and biotin labeling. Lotus Tetragonolobus Lectin (Biotinylated) is used to detect proteins, glycoproteins and lectins on nitrocellulose membranes^[1][2].

Lotus Tetragonolobus Lectin (Biotinylated) acts as an intermediate probe in the biotin-avidin amplification detection system in Western blotting, and is used for highly sensitive and highly specific detection, localization and analysis of specific glycoproteins in complex biological samples (such as saliva)^[1].
Lotus Tetragonolobus Lectin exhibits strong natural affinity for glycoproteins on the surface of human myeloid immune cells (neutrophils, monocytes) due to its α-L-fucose-targeting property, rendering it a useful tool for these cell types^[2].
