Features & Benefits 50kD or 25kD protein detection on Western blots after Immunoprecipitation is often suffered from heavy or light chain blotting contamination. Abbkine's IPKine™ products solve these problems through less background noise, and enhanced accuracy. Their light chain/Fc fragment specific optimization will eliminate heavy/light chain interference, while serum proteins absorbed minimize cross-reactivity with immunoglobulins from other species which may be present on blots.
Storage buffer Liquid in PBS, pH 7.4, containing 1% BSA as stablizer and 50% Glycerol.
Storage instructions Stable for one year at -20°C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
