Human Hypoxia Up Regulated 1 CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive Chemiluminescent Immunoassay (CLIA) for meauring Hypoxia Up Regulated 1 in biofluid samples, such as serum, plasma and other biological fluids. Reagents for up to 96 tests.
This assay recognizes Human HYOU1 in samples. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Human HYOU1 and analogues was observed. Our Hypoxia Up Regulated 1 CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human HYOU1. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human HYOU1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human HYOU1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human HYOU1. You can calculate the concentration of Human HYOU1 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.

Small volumes of Hypoxia Up Regulated 1 clia kit vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap.
