GCSF stimulates the bone marrow to produce granulocytes and also to stimulate the survival, proliferation, differentiation and function of neutrophil granulocyte progenator cells and mature neutrophils. Product Description: Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor-His Tag Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 174 amino acids, fragment (31-204) and having a molecular mass of 23.19 kDa with an amino-terminal hexahistidine tag.G-CSF-His is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. |
