- Nuclease-free Tris-EDTA buffer (or dH2O)
- Vortex Mixer
- Tabletop centrifuge
- Pipettes and nuclease-free pipette tips (barrier tips recommended)
- Serological pipette and nuclease-free glass tips
- Nuclease-free 15 mL conical tubes and 1.5 mL microcentrifuge tubes
- Plate reader capable of excitation and emission wavelengths of 490 nm and 525 nm, respectively
Storage/Stability
Store the kit at 4°C protected from light for up to 12 months. Kit must be used within expiry period to ensure optimal performance.
