Control peptide for antibodies C7858-07A and C7858-07 . An 11aa peptide sequence within the C-terminal cytoplasmic domain of rat Cx46. Species sequence homology: mouse-91%, <50% human.

Applications:
Suitable for use in ELISA and Antibody Blocking. Other applications not tested.

Recommended DIlutions:
ELISA: 50-100ng/well
Antibody Blocking: 5-10ug/1ug C7858-07A or 1ul C7858-07
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability:
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
