100bp Plus DNA Ladder is a premixed, ready-to-load molecular weight marker containing twelve linear double-stranded DNA fragments. The DNA Ladder is suitable for use as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis. This product contains 1× Loading Buffer and can be directly loaded (5 μl per lane) for electrophoresis as required. It is convenient to use and produces clear, sharp DNA bands. The 500 bp reference band has a concentration of 100 ng/5 μl, providing a bright visual marker, while all other bands have concentrations of 50 ng/5 μl. This design allows for accurate estimation of target DNA quantity during analysis.
